Costa Blanca SouthThis section of the famous Costa Blanca from Alicante to Torrevieja offers wonderful opportunities for vacations and home buyers alike. Driving south from the airport at Alicante on the coast road or via the new motorway you will see orange groves, palm trees and glimpses of the fine blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, the coastal plain being fairly flat, you might also see the mountains off in the distance, west and north. The roads can get extremely busy and hectic at peak holiday times in August and weekends so plan your journeys accordingly to avoid them if possible.
