There is also a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. An archway leads to an informal dining area and utility, the views from here are across to the mountains and therefore make this a lovely place to dine. Patio doors lead into a large conservatory built to make the most of the views all year round, and an excellent place to relax. There is access to the Naya from here.
Just across the hallway, there is a separate formal dining room positioned to make the most of the stunning mountain views.
The lounge has high ceilings with beams and a feature fireplace giving it character. It has patio doors & full length windows to make the most of the panoramic sea views. This is a spacious room and light and airy. Again a lovely place to sit and relax and still be able to make the most of the view.
Access to the master bedroom is via an archway from the lounge, this bedroom again shares the sea views and has a full en-suite as well as a walk in wardrobe. Adjacent to this bedroom is a useful storage cupboard with heating and shelving.
The other side of the hallway is access to an integral garage.
The second/guest bedroom is an excellent size and at the opposite end of the property along with the guest shower room, this layout gives privacy.
The third bedroom is the smaller of the three and is currently utilised as a study.
There is scope to alter the property slightly and create additional bedrooms. One option is to alter the dining room to create a 4th bedroom which would be a good sized double. There is further scope to create a 5th bedroom/study by altering the space allocated for the integral garage, again this is a relatively easy conversion.
Outside the property has a walled garden & pool area keeping it very private but not compromising the views. The arched Naya provides a shaded seating area and additional dining area. There is also a terraced area with BBQ and room for further seating. The garden is low maintenance and has a raised bed planted with trees and shrubs.
