There is a dishwasher, oven and hob and stainless steel sink with double drainer. The villa has a separate utility room that has storage space and houses the boilers.
The bedrooms are all doubles all have fitted wardrobes with overhead storage. Two bedrooms have central heating and all have mosquito blinds. Two bedrooms overlook the rear garden and the master bedroom has windows overlooking the side garden and the front garden.
There are two bathrooms, both are modern and fully tiled with white suites. The bathrooms both have showers and vanity units, the main bathroom has a double walk in shower. The bathrooms have UPVC windows.
In rear garden there is a Casita, useful as additional storage and also a conservatory/ greenhouse. There is a pipework system installed in the rear garden designed to keep the water in the swimming pool that little bit warmer.
A winding pathway leads down the pool area at the front of the property. Here there is a shower and a hot-tub in a Gazebo style enclosure. There are several seating areas around the pool.
The gardens are very private and not overlooked.
The villa has satellite TV, Television and telephone points and internet connection.
Entry to the front of the villa is gated and the villa has a shaded parking area leading to a garage.
