A few stairs take you into a more traditional style seating area with 7 tables. An archway leads through to the bar and onwards to the kitchen. There is seating at the bar. The bar area also has the traditional coffee making machine.
There is also a storage area to the right with an additional fridge/freezer.
The kitchen area is fully equipped including oven, microwaves, grill, chillers, fridge and dishwasher.
The current owners have built up a good customer base, promoting the business in various publications and through its own web site. Cream Teas are proving very successful.
The menu has a good range of choice and promotes home cooking which has proved to be very popular with customers from all countries.
This is a reluctant sale due to health reasons.
The Traspaso has a further 7 years to run but the owners will extend this to 10.
Monthly rental 1,480€ + IVA
