Inside the complex, there are 2 swimming pools, one childs & one large pool. Set in mature tropical gardens, the pool area & gardens are very well looked after throughout the complex, with a gardener working daily.
The property has been fully renovated, keeping the Traditional Spanish Style, mixed with Modern Facilities and Design. I can not stress enough, the fantastic location, being peaceful, yet so close to everything.
Situated in a fantastic location, on the outside of a complex, Only a 5 minute walk to the Beach, Shops, Bars & Restaurants and only 10mins walk to the town of La Cala! The area is very quiet, yet only a 5 minute walk to all amenities. Free parking is directly outside the property.
