It is located in a beautiful town, immediately opposite the large town square and is just 35 mins from Granada city ( via the Sierra Nevad motorway). The town is full of wonderful bars, shops, restaurants etc and is surrounded by the most breathtaking countryside. Even better just 10 mins away is another town which has main line rail links direct into Granada city and on to Seville, Malaga, Cordoba etc.
As a bed and breakfast guest house this house would be ideal and as a large family home it could easily accommodate 3 families.
The house is over 4 floors and could easily provide 16 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms separate lounge/dining areas etc but for the present it best to describe how it’s currently laid out. On the first floor there is a massive entrance hall a lounge (13 mtrs), office ( 6 mtrs), 2 bedrooms ( one of 8 mtrs and one of 10 mtrs) a bathroom and kitchen with open fire. On the basement level there are 5 large individual rooms ( one used a s log store, another as wine store etc) the smallest of these is 8 mtrs and the largest 17 mtrs. This space could easily provide 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. A door leads from here to a large 350 mtr garden which is grassed and includes many mature fruit trees. On the 2nd floor you have 4 existing bedrooms and a large landing with storage cupoards. These all have the most fantastic floor tiles and with a lick of paint could be ready to use. On the the top floor there are 4 further rooms ( 20 mtrs, 18 mtrs, 9 mtrs and 8 mtrs) these are clean and have the original beamed roof so could easily and cheaply be reformed to provide fantastic accommodation.
