The Granary’s accommodation, on 1 storey sleeps maximum of 6 and comprises of an open plan lounge/dining area, a /fully equipped kitchen, a lounge (with a double sofa bed), two bedrooms – one twin and one double (with access to courtyard) and a large shower room. French doors lead from the lounge to the private paved courtyard.
The Stable’s accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, a lounge with cast iron log burner, an L shaped fully fitted kitchen and dining area.and a shower room. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom and a further double bedroom.
All 3 buildings have oil fired central heating.
Outside there is a private, paved, courtyard, built in BBQ and “settee,” a brilliant spot to dine and relax during the summer evenings. In the garden there is a wide selection of fruit trees, shrubs and plants. The 9x4 private swimming pool is surrounded by a large patio.
There are two additional patios and a boule terrain, 2 storage sheds, a 1000 litre water deposit and a paved secure parking area for both the owners and guests.
The Farmhouse and Granary have been caringly restored, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The many guests staying here have commented on the quality of accommodation and how much they have enjoyed their stay. And the current owners have recently finished major renovation of The Stable.
Apart from the excellent condition of the property and its wonderful location, it is perfectly situated in a very special area providing easy access to the surrounding countryside.
The property is situated far enough from the motorway to be unaware of it, yet in just a few minutes there is easy access to the surrounding areas. All this makes the property an excellent holiday location and providing the buyer with an established and increasing business investment.
