Opposite this is the main bedroom which also has fitted wardrobes and a double bed with 4 drawers for storage. At the end of the hallway brings us into the living room which is of a good size and leads out to a 10m2 terrace which is ideal to eat on those balmy summer evenings .
On the second level we have a third bedroom which could also be used as an office or study , and there is a wardrobe. Out of the door then brings us on to a 45m2 roof top terrace with great views over the village and towards the city of Orihuela and the Sierra de Callosa (see main picture) . This is an ideal place for sunbathing during the day then entertaining and lighting up the bar b que in the evening . Out of the back door here leads to the big roof top pool, which also has areas for sunbathing and a shallow end for toddlers. From the pool the views are panoramic with views all over the Vega Baja .
The property has air conditioning, heating, an alarm, adsl connection, Tv and phone points in living room and all bedrooms and intercom entrance .
The apartment block has approximately 50 apartments and was completed in August 2007. Entrance is through a locked pedestrian gate from the street then through a double door into a large reception were there are the mailboxes and 2 lifts. An underground car parking space is included in the price which is accessed via a remote sensor.The apartment block is wheelchair friendly with ramps throughout.
The town of Benejuzar is situated on the southern Costa Blanca and is surrounded by the towns of Almoradi , Jacarilla and Algorfa . The first thing you may notice is the ring road around the town that connects Jacarilla with Almoradi thus meaning unless you need to go into the town you can drive around and this adds to its peacefulness. The town has plenty of bars , restaurants , shops in the Spanish style like Panaderias for daily fresh bread and banks. The medical centre is a 5 minute walk away , and the Vega Baja hospital is a 5 minute drive . There are 3 schools close by , a junior , primary and secondary school .The secondary school is a 5 minute walk up toward the Paraje Natural La Pilarica which is also home to the sports pavilion , picnic area and the 3 outdoor communal pools.
The town has 2 fiestas per year , 1 in May and the 2nd in October , and countless performances throughout the year on the Plaza de Espana. Look out for the Grand Paella.
The beaches of Guardamar are 15 minutes drive and La Finca golf is a 5 minute drive.
