This lovely large town house with an enormous apartment is for sale in the town of Colmenar in the Province of Malaga.

You walk in through a metal gate to the lovely small porch with half tiled walls where there are steps that take you up to the wooden front door. Walk in through the wooden front door into the large sitting room 7.5m x 4m with lovely new floor tiles, 2 large windows overlooking the main street and in between the windows there is a large wood burner. From the sitting room there is a lovely archway which takes you to the hallway where on the left you will find a wooden slide half glass door which takes you to the kitchen 4m x 4m which includes fitted units, single sink with drainer, electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a small window looking into the utility room, down the hallway to the left is the utility room where there is a washing machine, an old sink, gas water heater, new floor tiles, shelves and a skylight roof. To the right of the hallway is bedroom (1) with a wooden door 4m x 5m, new floor tiles, a skylight window in the roof and a fan incorporated light in the ceiling. Carry on down the corridor you will find on the right bedroom (2) 4m x 5.5m with a large aluminum window overlooking the patio and in one of the corner there is a wooden door which takes you to the en-suite shower room fully tiled with a wash hand basin, toilet, shower tray and three glass shelves in the corner. Opposite this bedroom is the complete bathroom which is fully tiled with a vanity sink unit with a built in mirror, toilet, bidet, a lovely corner bath with a shower and a small window looking into the utility room. Carry on down the corridor and on the left there is a wooden door which takes you into bedroom (3) 3m x 3.5m with a window looking out to the patio. At the end of the hallway there is metal half glass door which takes you to the patio 4m x 4m with new floor tiles, an under stairs area for storage, new terracotta floor tiles and a half wall. From here there are steps with a metal veranda which take us up to the large sunny roof terrace 9m x 7m also with new terracotta floor tiles, wall with a metal veranda going around and beautifully views of the town.
From the patio there is access down to another patio 6m x 6 where you will find a small storage area below the stairs and also there is a wood store and the plumbing for the washing machine and also a gas water heater. From here you can access the apartment
Apartment
The apartment can be accessed from the patio and also from the main street.
You walk in through the half glass metal front door into the large sitting/dining room 4.5m x 9 with new terracotta floor tiles, to the left is bedroom (1) 4m x 5m with a window looking out to he street, this bedroom has a wooden door which takes you to the shower room which is fully tiled with toilet, wash hand basin and a shower with glass doors. At the end of the sitting there is bedroom (2) 4x 6m with new terracotta tiles and a large window looking out to the patio. On the left of the sitting room there is a large bathroom which is fully tiled with toilet, vanity unit, bidet and bath with shower. Wooden door takes you into the kitchen 4.5m x 5.5m with an American bar, large window looking out to the patio, electric oven, electric hob and extractor fan. From the kitchen there is access to the patio.

The house has mains water, mains electric, mains sewage, and telephone with internet connection in the sitting room in the house and the apartment also has a telephone line with internet for reconnection. In the sitting room and in the bedroom with the en-suite shower room there is air-conditioning

Situated in the lovely town of Colmenar in the Province of Malaga where you will find all amenities, there are several supermarkets, schools, bars, restaurants, 24 hour medical center and several buses a day which take you to a from Malaga City. Malaga city and the airport are reached in 30 minutes.
