At present the bar works for the breakfast and lunchtime trade. (There is scope for the new buyers to do evening meals). Inside the bar there are four tables and the private terrace has seven tables.
Most bars here have to pay thousands a year for a licence for the terrace tables, with this bar, itīs free!
This is a reluctant sale, hence the low asking price of 38,000euros. My father has recently died and my mum has lost her short term memory, therefore she canīt be left alone.
The monthly rent is 1,500euros a month, which compared to the main square prices of 3,000 plus isnīt bad!
The bar will be sold complete with all fixtures and fittings plus existing stock. The kitchen is compact and fully equipped. There are two public toilets. If the new buyers are new to bar work, we would be please to help them settle in and īshow them the ropesī!
