It is 2 years old, situated in the mountains in a secluded position. There are two other villas in sight, the nearer one belongs to a retired couple from Ipswich, who use it as a holiday home. The other is much higher, we rarely even see them.
It is on 1230 sq mtrs. We have a sand corral down for the horses with a new shelter to easily accommodate two.
The villa has directa alarm security system. Water is from a deposito.
There are four good sized bedrooms, each has built in wardrobes.
Two of the bedrooms have an en suite with shower, one with a bath, there is also a large family bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
The lounge is very large, rustic, with a stone faced chimney over a brick, full width fireplace, with four arches under. At one end of the lounge is the more than adequate kitchen area, with granite worktops, a 5 ring gas hob over a wide electric oven. Also there is a dishwasher, larder fridge freezer, with a twin sink island unit housing the washing machine and tumble drier.
There are doors leading from the lounge, kitchen and master bedroom on to the balcony.
There are air conditioning units to each room, even the bathroom, with pre-installation for central heating.
Outside, there is a large fountain to the lower level, and another on an island in a circular "corner" of the pool.
A pool house which houses the deposito, a sink and toilet.
By the horse shelter is another small building which I use as a tack room.
Under the whole of the house is an under build, at full height, which is in fact larger than the villa, as it extends under the full length balcony as well. It hasn't had anything done to it yet, but was built with windows in mind.
It is five minutes on the La Romana side of Novelda, as I said up the mountains. Horna Alta. We inherited a Spanish pregnant dog, now with paperwork and spayed she can be left as neither of us can take her. She barks when necessary but is very docile and affectionate.
We are asking 475000 euros for this very beautiful property, which includes most of the furniture and white goods. Light fittings etc.
