This is a luxury townhouse which has been furnished to a high standard with tasteful modern d้cor. There is great feeling inside this property as it is very warm, bright and spacious.
It has an excellent layout which allows for a continuous flow throughout the property from the moment you enter.
The wide hallway leads either to the kitchen on the left, the stairs on the right or directly through to a large lounge which opens directly onto the main terrace via full length patio doors and the gorgeous private garden. Local Attractions to Riviera del Sol: 1) The Venta Shopping centre is approximately a 5 minute walk from the property. Here you can find supermarkets, mini mart, restaurant, bar, tapas, internet facilities etc.
2) The main Riviera Commercial Centre is about at the bottom of the Riviera urbanisation which is a few mins drive or about 20 mins walk. The commercial centre has everything from large supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tapas, pizza, travel shops, tobacconist, pharmacy, property management companies, estate agents, laundry services, electronics shop, gift shops.

Community Bill
Each community in Spain charges an annual fee which is used to make run that community. Prices vary depending on how many properties are in the community and what type of properties. The Community bill for Estrella del Mar is around 1300 to 1400 per 6 months. This includes water. AGM Meeting around the end of February to discuss itinerary for year.

Electric is about 60 euros per month
Gas use gas bottles. 3 are delivered at a time at cost of about 140 euros and last 3 to 4 months depending on time of year.
